Rose Parade Float Preview

Artist concept drawing. It's pretty close, no?

Mom's Flight School needs to be backed in and returned to her hanger.

Believe me, maneuvering these behemoths is no easy task. One of two drivers is seated in the rock. See the opening? Talk about a limited view!

Branches being pulled back to protect the float.

Yup, this big guy is the second driver and he's exiting from the rock!

Safely returned to hanger.

No chestnuts, just a moose!

The stockings hung by the chimney with care.

Everyone receives a stocking!

Christmas Decorations at Spouse's Job
B. thoroughly enjoys decorating the shop - all of the guys do. It's like the kid in them just leaps forward. Halloween and Christmas are their biggest decorating holidays. A lot of thought, time and money goes into it and many admirers enjoy visiting the engineering department because it's festiveness. I hope spouse never changes or loses the spirit that I find so endearing!

Holiday Decorations

I love the holidays and the decorations that accompany them. I love looking at the lights, new decorations and the way houses are decorated. I get ideas about how to anchor and best display them. It's a leaning process that helps me keep a pulse on what's current and new. Afterall, the after Christmas sales are right around the corner!
