Custom Installers

Scantliy clad females, booming speakers and souped up cars are synonymous with custom installations.

Blase

My friend had a bumper sticker that read: If I ignore you, will you go away?

Neon

This photo has nothing to do with actually seeing a film, but everything to do with my attraction to neon. I love neon lights and signage, especiall the signage from the 30s to 50s. There's a magical quality to neon that simply mesmerizes me. I hope our technological advancements never extinguish neon's light.

Who are they?

The description placard was obstructed by over grown grass and yellow construction tape. I didn't dare cross the "barrier".

Trucking to Long Beach

Heading to Long Beach on a weekday means traveling among a caravan of big rigs heading to the port. What cargo are they picking up or unloading to far flung places?

Ear Buds

It seems like everywhere I go, someone is either listening to an MP3 player, usually an iPod or has one ear bud from cell phone. We are one very connected and multi-tasking culture!

Cruising Wilshire Blvd.

Ahhhh, another glorious day in Santa Monica, CA and it's easily 75 degrees in winter and the streets are bustling as everyone wants to be outdoors enjoying the sunshine. Of course, I have to get a shot of my beloved palm trees!

Emergency!

On the drive home I was stopped at a red light when out of nowhere, all I heard were sirens. At least seven fire trucks sped past me as I idled in the left turn lane, there was nowhere else for me to pull over to.

I finally happened upon the scene. I couldn't see or smell anything like smoke, so I don't think it was a fire. I also didn't see wrecked vehicles. Who knows what the emergency was!
